Guided Bed Meditation for Stress Relief
This guided meditation was shot at St. Regis in Vancouver at the tail end of our Fall workshop tour (https://www.stregishotel.com/). This video is just over ten minutes and is excellent to do if you’re super stressed and short on time. You can do this on your bed, or laying on the ground with the legs up the wall. If legs up the wall doesn’t feel great for you, you could just lay completely flat on your back. I hope you enjoy!
